VIPTONE Anticorrosive Edge Primer is a zinc-rich, pure epoxy powder coating built for serious corrosion protection. It works on a simple principle—zinc acts as a sacrificial layer, corroding first to protect the steel underneath, even if the coating gets damaged.
That makes it ideal for parts exposed to moisture, humidity, and harsh industrial conditions. Use it only on ferrous metals like mild and carbon steel—not on aluminum or other non-ferrous surfaces. Beyond corrosion resistance, it also delivers strong, heavy-duty performance.
