We are looking for a sharp, proactive individual to join our front-end team.
Role :
As a Junior Customer Success Analyst, you will be the "voice of the customer" within our company. This isn't just a back-office job; it’s a role that requires high energy, exceptional English communication, and the ability to bridge the gap between our clients (OEMs, fabricators, and coaters) and our production plant.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Client Coordination: Handle everything from initial inquiry and price quotation to order fulfillment and post-delivery feedback.
- Professional Communication: Manage all client correspondence in polished English. You will be responsible for drafting professional emails, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Sales & Dispatch Coordination: Liaise daily with the shop floor and logistics teams to ensure "On-Time, In-Full" (OTIF) deliveries.
- Data Management: Maintain our customer database/ERP, tracking order history and payment cycles, and generating weekly reports for the leadership team.
- Customer Retention: Build strong rapport with existing clients to ensure repeat business and identify opportunities for upselling new coating shades or chemistries.
Requirements :
- Education: Graduate degree (B.Com, BBA, B.A. English, or B.E./B.Tech). We value candidates who have a strong academic record.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English is mandatory. You should be comfortable speaking with MDs and Purchase Managers of large corporate clients.
- Technical Savvy: High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for data tracking and Outlook for professional emailing).
- Attitude: A "self-starter" mindset. In an MSME, we value people who take initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
- Local Language: Fluency in [Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati] is a plus for internal coordination with the production team.
